At Black Pine, we specialize in curating custom designs for each wedding, suited to each couple. We offer flowers for all sizes of weddings – from intimate to grand.

With our full service offering, you can fully customize the arrangements you need; from bouquets, boutonnieres and centrepieces, to focal ceremony and reception flowers. Minimum budget starting at $1,500.

We never repeat a design, making each wedding special and unique.

Our Process

1. Initial consultation. We like to get a thorough idea of the overall vision for the wedding, the style and number of arrangements required, and the flow of the wedding day.

2. Itemized estimate and floral gallery. The estimate outlines the arrangements required and explains the details of each item. The floral gallery includes image references for colour palette, flowers and foliage, arrangement design styles, and any vases and rental items required.

3. Booking. In order to book with us, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. We will remain in contact and available throughout the process until the Big Day to ensure effective communication of all details as they are planned.

4. Follow-up. At 2 months prior to your wedding date, we will schedule another meeting to review all the details, confirm numbers, and ensure that you are confident about the flowers and their implementation on your wedding day.

5. Delivery and Installation. We’ll be there on the day of the wedding to set-up and take down your flowers as needed.

Olivia was an amazing florist from start to finish! She replies promptly and insightfully. She has an abundance of knowledge of flowers and can take your inspiration pictures and make them a reality. Olivia made my wedding florals DREAM come true! I really wanted white fluffy pampas grass in my florals. It was difficult to find a florist who offers this! Olivia is so kind, organized, professional and easy to work with. I was so lucky to find her. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Olivia for all of my wedding florals in November 2022 - and to all of you brides and grooms out there, I cannot recommend this vendor enough. First thing's first - she has amazing customer service and support. I'm a non visual person, and she held my hand throughout this entire process, going back and forth for months until I knew exactly what to expect on the day of. Secondly, she was very flexible. I must have changed my order 5+ times, and she happily accommodated every shift, even one that was just weeks before the Big Day. Last but certainly not least - Olivia really delivered. The florals were stunning, she has a true talent for putting together beautiful arrangements, and they were exactly as pictured. She was punctual, pleasant and supportive throughout this whole process, and I cannot thank her enough.
