Our refund and returns policy varies for perishable and non-perishable goods. You must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within the specified time period to be eligible for a full refund.
For perishable goods, our policy extends a certain amount of days starting from the day the items are delivered. We do not accept returns on perishable items. Refunds will be reviewed on a situational basis. If there is any issue, you must contacts us immediately with a clear photograph and description of any care actions taken, including placement of the item and amount of water or care administered.
Fresh Flowers- contact within 3 days from the delivery date
Potted Plants and Terrariums- contact within 7 days from the delivery date
Planters- contact within 7 days from the delivery date
For non-perishable goods – our policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date of your item. This includes any containers, ceramics, or glass not shipped with a perishable item within them.
If said amount of days have passed since your delivery or purchase date, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, plants, terrariums, and planters cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date- applicable only to non-perishable hard goods.
- Failing to notify Black Pine Floral Design of your refund request past the specified cut-off period.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in manufacturing. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and clear photograph to email@example.com.
We do not accept responsibility for the deterioration of product due to shipping, improper placement, or lack of or excess of hydration.
Once your refund request is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. After inspection of the situation and photographic proof, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give to the recipient later, we will send a refund to the purchaser.
If you received a perishable item as a gift and some or all has expired before the cut-off period, you may be eligible for an exchange or refresh.
Returns, gift credits, or gift certificates may only be issued to the purchaser. Once we have received the returned item, the refund, credit, or certificate will be issued or mailed respectively.
If an item was sent to you without your consent from someone you do not know and you wish to not receive any items from said purchaser, please contact us immediately and the appropriate course of action will be taken to review the situation and to halt any further shipments. No refund will be issued in this case.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A return address will be provided once the return request has been reviewed and accepted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Time Period Cut-Offs
Please remember we do not accept returns of perishables items including flowers, potted plants, terrariums, or planters. If there is a problem with your item, you must contact Black Pine Floral Design via firstname.lastname@example.org within specified time period in order for us to address any concern. No refunds or exchanges will be issued past this cutoff. A clear photo of the item in the area where it was kept must also be sent in order to confirm it’s condition.
If you have a question regarding the care and placement of any potted plants, terrariums, planters, or flowers, please contact us promptly and we will gladly provide you with in-depth care instructions. Care instructions are provided with the item shipped as well as posted on our website under the “Care Instructions” tab.
All care instructions are provided as a guideline only and Black Pine Floral Design does not accept any responsibility for the care of any items once they are shipped.
Flowers- The customer must contact Black Pine Floral Design within 3 days of the receipt of their flowers with a clear photograph of the item. We will review the situation and reply promptly.
Potted Plants & Terrariums- The customer must contact Black Pine Floral Design within 7 days of the receipt of their plant(s) or terrarium(s) with a clear photograph of the item.
Planters- The customer must contact Black Pine Floral Design within 7 days of the receipt of their planter with a clear photograph of the item.
Hard Goods & Non-Perishables – Any containers, ceramics, or glass items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer must contact Black Pine Floral Design for confirmation first and must send the item back within 30 days of the purchase date in order to be eligible for a full refund. The items must be in the same condition they were received and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on any pot, vase, or insert within which a perishable item was shipped as well.
